"The property was clean and attractive. It’s located in downtown Homewood with an easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The door takes a little bit of time to figure out. You need to wait time before you can hear it lock. Some of the door knobs were coming loose. A few of the ceiling fixtures were coming loose as well. "The owner definitely pays attention to details. It had towels laid out in these cute little baskets a well stocked kitchen in terms of tools and the decor was very charming. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is an older building so the water pressure in the shower was low, there's no dishwasher and it is a 2 flat and the upstairs unit controlled the heat and we were on the first floor."

"We were in Homewood for a wedding and this was a perfect location. Besides its proximity to the wedding venue, we walked to the train station for a day in the city. The house is exactly as listed. It was very clean, organized and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. My husband especially liked the TVs. 😊 Since we were there on Halloween, we had the added bonus of seeing a truly family-oriented neighborhood in action.
