"I stayed at the Palms for four nights at the end of February. As a woman traveling alone, I was worried about feeling safe but I was very comfortable and at ease at this hotel. I appreciated the Front Desk staff and also the attention that my room got from housekeeping. Many hotels do not provide daily housekeeping services anymore, but the Palms does. "It seemed that there were other outside persons roaming and playing int the halls making a lot of noise until late hours in the night. Staff was going to look into it. Staff was very polite and over all it is a nice place to stay, if only the construction was completed."
