"The Chalet is a13 minute walk from the Obertraun train station. It is an 8 minute walk to the bus to Hallstatt. Obertraun is a picturesque, peaceful village away from the crowds of Hallstatt. "We had a top week at Ulrike's retreat. The chalet is as described (better even) and its location excellent for local walks as well as further away visits including Salzburg, Hallstatt, and of course of the whole Dachstein area. On location and to be enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna add a real bonus, as well as few nice restaurants immediately around. Ulrike took real good care of us with countless tips and plans to try out. Thank you!!"

"Travelled all the way from canada to stay there. The most beautiful part of Germany is in this area. Nice and out of the way from the large areas but within travel distance of them. We will be coming back and staying here again next year. You wont regret staying with them!"

"Wir waren mit drei Kleinkindern im Chalet Chiemgau. Das Haus ist toll, top in Schuss und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Highlight war die Sauna und das anschließende entspannen auf der Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern und auch mit der Agentur vor Ort lief problemlos - inklusive Babybett und Hochstuhl als Sonderwunsch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Fijne week gehad met 8 personen. 4 kids en 4 volwassenen. Veel inventaris aanwezig. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was ook erg prettig. Gaskachel houd het huis goed warm. Ca 400 m lopen naar de rode piste bij dolomietenhof waar je ook lekker kan eten. Skischool freeride alpin bij donnerkogelbahn was prima geregeld voor onze kids. Voor beginners wat lastig om verder het gebied in te gaan. Dan zijn piste 14 en 11(a) nog net te doen. Mooie week gehad"

"We really enjoyed our stay here this summer. The chalet was lovely and well equipped. The owners were also good at keeping in touch (thank you). The surrounding area (Annaberg-Lungotz) is simply wonderful for walks, cycling or just relaxing and enjoying the fabulous surrounding mountains and countryside. "Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub in einem wunderschönen, traumhaft gelegenen Chalet. Extrem freundliche Vermieter , Klaus und Mandy ! Wirklich alles ist fußläufig und mit ÖPNV zu erreichen. Wir machen hauptsächlich Urlaub am Meer. In die Alpen haben wir uns aber auch sofort verliebt. Schon beim Sonnenaufgang, der Blick durch die Panoramafenster auf die schneebedeckten Berggipfel ist tatsächlich unbeschreiblich schön. Wer hier seinen Urlaub verbringt, dar kommt mit einen großen Lächeln zurück !"
