Convenient area, beautiful lobby and friendly staff. The room was awful with a scary hole on the sealing and the shower hook was broken so I had to use the little hose. Proper maintenance is long fue and it shows once you enter the room.

Amazing 5 night stay. Florence is stunning. Hotel facilities were above and beyond. The Spa is a must during your stay. Would definitely stay again. So centre to local trams, trains and walking distance to all attractions. All staff were attentive toyour needs. Breakfast is lovely, made order eggs. We stayed in a suite with balcony deginatly worth the money.
