"The room was nice very hot water. But it states on website pet friendly. They do accept pets but no more than 10 pounds and we are non smokers but they wanted to put us in a smoking room because we had a pet. They eventually put us in a non smoking room but had to get the okay from management."

So on this trip before we left the room I went to the front desk and requested no one to clean my room. I had already given my dirty towels to housecleaning. "Moondance was perfect - cozy in a wonderful secluded setting. Several thoughtful touches, including scented goat milk soap and coffee beans to be freshly ground. Would have loved to spend time down at/in the river, but unfortunately, a busy schedule didn't allow for that this time. We definitely plan to return - next time for a longer weekend. "

"The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the first room we were in smelled so musty that we had to ask for another room. They request was handled very quickly and without question. The second room smelled pleasing but it was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty. I could tell things had been wiped because I could see the smeared film on everything. I did not feel good about the room because of the cleanliness. "
