I propose that front desk tell guests about number of chairs and coat hangers in the room. They could mention that the microwave in the room is good for making the breakfast oatmeal hotter."

So private and although highway 48 is close…we didn’t hear any cars or trucks!! I loved taking a hot bath also!! "House was easy to find, level spacious parking and had enough room for good adult /kid separation. From my kids “Amazing hot tub & game room”, “really fun pool table & darts”. I was skeptical at first with the extent of decor but the house surpassed expectations. It was clean, comfortable bedding, well stocked kitchen and toiletries. Super convenient to Bryce Resort. Looking forward to rebooking next year."

"We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. "Our family had a great time at Cliffside Falls over Thanksgiving. The house was terrific…roomy and clean, with every amenity, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of games and activities for all. The hikes to the falls were amazing and a spectacular sight we will long remember. Rick was also a very welcoming host, and kept us informed all along the way. We would highly recommend and love to return!"
