Welcome to Harbor House, located in the heart of Ephraim, Wisconsin!

Ephraim, with its sparkling harbor and picturesque landscape, is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Door County's bayside villages. That's where you'll find our restored 5-bedroom house, located on a quiet street at 9801 Brookside Lane.

The Harbor House has a large screened-in front porch, living room, dining room with seating for 12, kitchen, 2 full baths, and 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms, each with a queen mattress), one bedroom with three twin beds (bunk beds and a separate twin bed), one bedroom with a set of twin beds & one lofted twin bed (above the laundry area).

For your convenience, all beds have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and mattress pads. Bath towels are also provided.

Harbor House features a 32" flat screen SmartTV as well as hi-speed WiFi. We provide a Weber charcoal grill, an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs as well as 4 kayaks for our guests to use. For those traveling with small children, a pack-and-play crib and highchair are available.

Parking is provided for up to 3 cars. For groups that have a large number of people, consider booking both the 5 bedroom house and our 2-bedroom Harbor House Guest Cottage located toward the back of our property (listing number 982888).

We are conveniently located approximately two blocks from the Ephraim public beach.

Our family loves all that Door County and Ephraim has to offer. We hope you'll make the Harbor House a part of your next visit to the peninsula!

Wonderful
The property is beautiful and in prime location for Ephraim. Just a short walk to the lake public beach, shops and Good Eggs (breakfast burrito shop on the corner). Neighbors were wonderful and there was plenty of parking. If we return in the future will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Great location for girls weekend
We enjoyed our stay at Harbor House for our girls weekend to Door County. The house was adorable and meet our needs perfectly. The location is great to travel to various wineries, breweries and take it the amazing views. It was great to have our own space to come back to at the end of the night. Fantastic Spot for a Girls Weekend Away
Wonderful property we enjoyed over a weekend for my bachelorette party. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch together. Charming Ephraim vacation house
Harbor House is the perfect Ephraim getaway! Everything about it was perfect. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, it provides everything we needed for a family reunion. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals and the dining table is huge for family gatherings. A highlight of our stay was gathering around the firepit on a chilly night watching the stars come out. The owners, Randy and Elizabeth, were so kind and welcoming. If we could give Harbor House SIX stars we would!!

Charming older home is a very comfortable and quiet place to stay with a fully stocked kitchen. Host even called the morning after we arrived to see if we needed anything. Loved the screen porch and the gazebo. We'd highly recommend taking the available kayaks out on Ephraim bay.

Great HQ for Door County Half Marathon
We came up for a long weekend to run the Door County Half Marathon and enjoy the area. The house was very close to the race site and great for our two families with young children - the bunk bed room, swing, and gazebo in particular were hits with the kiddos. A cozy home in a perfect location to enjoy all that Door County has to offer. We especially enjoyed the lovely front porch on a cool spring evening. This was a quaint cottage that met our needs! The home was well appointed with everything from towels, linens, coffee maker, and more! My friends and I had a wonderful time in Door County… enhanced by staying at the Harbor House…so centrally located on the peninsula and a very quiet and peaceful place just off the main road! Super fun weekend!
We met in Ephraim to enjoy a girls wedding with 3 generations of women. We celebrated an upcoming wedding and Harbor House was a perfect fit for our group. The location is right in the middle of everything. We did a trolley tour and spent the rest of the time relaxing at the house. We made all our meals there and loved the big tables to sit together. I highly recommend!

Comfortable and Great Location
This is the second year four college friends have stayed at Harbor House and we couldn’t have been happier doing so. It is a comfortable, charming house with a well stocked kitchen, great porch with chairs and a swing. Also a comfortable living room and bedrooms. The location in Emphraim provided easy access to all of Door County. We were warmly welcomed by Randy and Elizabeth who were available and easy to contact. We highly recommend Harbor House.

Harbor House was lovely! Up-to-date, clean, comfortable. We especially loved the screened-in front porch. We had several fires in the firepit, and the whole family had our most relaxed vacation in Door County. Much better than a hotel! We also rented the cute cottage behind the house. Birthday Get Together
We met our daughter at this great house to celebrate her 21st birthday. There were 8 of us but the place would comfortably sleep 10 guests. The location was perfect for traveling up and down the shoreline area. The house was well stocked with the essentials and it was very cozy and inviting. We particularly enjoyed sitting around a fire in the evenings at the fire pit area. We also loved the large dining room table where we could play games. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful And Relaxing Home for a Girls Weekend
My group of 11 booked the house and cottage for two nights, and the space was perfect. The large table fit us for a dinner and the screened in gazebo and front porch were comfortable in the mornings. I had not realized we were so close to the beach - it was just two blocks away - and there was a nice little candy shop just half a block away! Randy was very communicative, and the house was ready with everything we needed.

Best location
We had a great experience at the harbor house. It was walking distance to everything we wanted. Great breakfast place on the corner. Next to a candy store. Kids loved it. House was everything thing we wanted. Big area to play games and eat. Kayaks on site is great. We brought them to the beach for a sunset cruise. Planning another trip up there as we speak. Nice comfortable house
The house was exactly as described. It was perfect for our "girls stay" as we each had our own bedroom. We had everything we needed. It was close to town and restaurants and shopping. There is a second smaller rental behind the main house. This was rented for two of our three nights. The late arrival of the guests was quite noisy but after that they were quiet. The owner called to be sure all was well the day we arrived. We would stay again if in the area.
