Hyatt Regency San Francisco

4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1771)
"Holiday weekend trip with my girls . We upgraded to the regency club which was well worth the money . Checking out was a bit chaotic with valet service but our car came fast . Also the front desk person when I called down because valet would not answer was a bit frazzled and not very pleasant . Other than that loved it there"

Galleria Park Hotel

4.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1007)
"Nice hotel in a safe but not too exciting area. Good for business stay. Room was not massive but had all you need, including a sofa. Access to a big terrace for sit in the sun and they give gym passes for a gym around the corner. Some slips in service (initially no conditioner in my room, I had to ask for it & they ran out of gym passes and were a bit disorganised in getting a new batch) but minor stuff really. I'd stay there again."
