« We decided to rent this place as a surprise get away for husbands bday, house nicely restored, wood fllors charming but they do creek and in some places are missing, bed comfy, kitchen well appointed, towels soft, couch is ok, TV’s are good, easy door access. Hosts fast responders. We were initially intimidated by the neighborhood, worried about car safety was reassured by hosts it is safe. Opted to use close by parking garage which was convenient. « We came for three nights with family and met friends there. The house was amazing! The owner of the home met us and gave us the grand tour and told us everything we would need to know about the house and property. The bedrooms were spacious and met our needs/wants perfectly! « This house was perfect for our family. We stayed Feb 2025, 15 family members. Plenty of room for all. House was immaculate and well stocked - plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Everyone's favorite was the coffee nook - regular coffee pot, Kerig, plenty of coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. I had to call the host twice while we were there with basic questions - she got back to me right away and was very sweet. Would definitely stay there again. »

« The property was well maintained, but the Nest unit was locked in the heat/fan setting as opposed to allowing us to use air conditioning mode. Also, the property was along a semi-busy street and vehicle maintenance garage, so there was a decent amount of vehicle traffic from 8 pm - 8 am. »
