Housed in a fifteenth century building that overlooks Piazzetta San Michele, the loft has private access from the Street of Duels, one of the oldest streets of the old town, little known to them Ferrara, the incredible scene of accounts adjustments at the time of Alfonso II D'este. The apartment consists of a single room of 35sqm has been cleverly divided into living and sleeping areas.
The ceiling with exposed beams sandblasted and in original stone features make the place a cozy little hideaway.
The loft is ideal for two people but it can accommodate up to 4 being equipped with double bed and double sofa bed.
The kitchen is complete with oven, microwave, induction plates, dishes and everything you need for preparing meals.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower in crystal and includes a washing machine.
The security door, the shatterproof windows, the air conditioning / heating and a 40 inch TV will complete the equipment.

Guests will enter the apartment from Vicolo dei Duelli, a private lane with access only by residents. The tourist tax is payable locally and is 1.50 euros per person for max. 5 days, minors excluded.
