We stayed on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed. We went out for dinner and returned around 9.30pm and the bar area was closed. It looked lovely and would have been nice to sit and enjoy a drink."

"The hotel is right in the centre of the town, it was easy enough to find with the Sat Nab, but parking is not that easy, we had to ride around twice before we were lucky to find a space near the hotel & is restricted 9am-6pm, ok outside those times, we arrived after 6pm and the hotel very kindly provided a disabled sticker for an hour or so in the morning. "The property location is fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. As others have mentioned, the hotel is in dire need of an update. The shower was scummy and the fixture was loose so the shower head kept falling. Also the door to the shower wouldn't close properly, so showering without making a huge mess on the floor took some practice.. the wallpaper was Peking and there was mold on the walls. The staff was friendly, in my limited experience with them."
