« This was a super cute 1 bedroom apartment, that was big and roomy enough for 4 people (even though it was just me and my daughter). The location is great for access to the campus, and downtown. Without the noise of all the bars. On occasion you can hear people walking by outside, talking, but that didn’t bother me. You do hear trains go by if you pay attention, but it didn’t bother me either. I would absolutely stay here again. »

« Door lock is not functioning properly. I sent a message and did not receive a response back until 4 hours later. They show beautiful pictures of the front of the units but you are renting the basement with strong mildew smell. Listing mentions a hot tub but that was empty and not working. Beer cans littered all over. You can hear everything from the upstairs neighbor including conversations and playing of guitar. It was in a great location and overall clean minus the beer cans. »

« Beaver Lake Cottages was really wonderful. We stayed in a studio apartment with a perfect view of the lake. The room was super quiet, included a complimentary bottle of wine and a range of other thoughtful snacks. Everything was well-thought-out, down to the fireplace/heater casting a cozy mood each night. It's a perfect place to get away, but it's also very convenient to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. We'll have nothing but positive memories of the place and hope to return someday. »
