"This was a super cute 1 bedroom apartment, that was big and roomy enough for 4 people (even though it was just me and my daughter). The location is great for access to the campus, and downtown. Without the noise of all the bars. On occasion you can hear people walking by outside, talking, but that didn’t bother me. You do hear trains go by if you pay attention, but it didn’t bother me either. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"We booked the apartment as a base for hiking and exploring surrounding state parks. Had a blast at Devil’s Den and the JB Hunt Disc Golf course. The apartment has loads of space, a good sized closet, comfy bed and sofas, and a kitchen you can cook in. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access by car to Fayetteville. The management was only a text away when we had questions, and the apartment had most everything we needed. Uploading a photo as part of booking was the only weird part, but...

"Overall a very good stay. The place was very clean. The road leading to the place had lots of holes so that was tough on my car. "

"Door lock is not functioning properly. I sent a message and did not receive a response back until 4 hours later. They show beautiful pictures of the front of the units but you are renting the basement with strong mildew smell. Listing mentions a hot tub but that was empty and not working. Beer cans littered all over. You can hear everything from the upstairs neighbor including conversations and playing of guitar. It was in a great location and overall clean minus the beer cans. "
