"This villa is perfect for old and young alike. We felt comfortable and at home as soon as we arrived. The house is spacious with everything you need. The pool, the views, the beautiful plants and the amazing sunsets were stunning. Even without a car we managed to get out and about. 5 days weren't enough, we didn't want to leave."

"We had a fantastic time at the property, the location was perfect for us, 20mins to the motorway and Faro but so quite. Access track to the house really wasn't a problem,we had a VW Polo and managed no problem at all, the house was in great decorative order and had everything that we needed, the pool was crystal clear and warm.Thank you Nicolas for letting us stay in your lovely holiday home."

"A great apartment with private plunge pool, spacious rooms and excellent to have 2 full bathrooms and additional WC. Well located close to the tennis club within a 30 min walks of Julia’s and the other beach side restaurants and the Praça. We stayed in peak season and used Uber instead of hiring a car which was great and reliable. Would certainly return again. "Stayed with family over May half term and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Villa was clean and comfortable, benefited from the heated pool and a new set of garden furniture arriving on our first day. Charles was very responsive to sort out the very few and very minor issues during the week. Also very flexible on arrival and departure times. "We spent 3 weeks over Christmas here and enjoyed every day... The villa is home from home, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Excellent location for Restaurents, shops and golf. "A really lovely town house. Modernised to a high standard, Good size living area and bedrooms with air conditioning. A really good roof terrace and sun trap. Good location with a less than 10 minute walk to the sea front and the many restaurants. Street parking available outside and near the house. It is town living so the usual outside noise but nothing excessive and as expected. Communication, check in and out was flawless with host Ana. We really enjoyed our four night stay "
