"Hotel room smelt a bit funny upon arrival and the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Other than that had a great experience staff was kind and everything was within walking distance."

"My only gripe was the bar food quality & service, extremely slow and what came out didn’t match the descriptions half the time. Asked to see a manager by day 2 and they told me they were so short staffed they didn’t have one. Not acceptable, everything else was great!"

"Evidently the fitness center and pool were closed for renovations on the 4th floor. Expedia did not communicate this to guests, which was disappointing. We booked the hotel for these amenities and ended up spending hundreds of dollars extra on entertainment and transportation to keep our family occupied during our planned down time. It was quite frustrating. Other than that, the staff here was helpful and friendly. The rooms and property was clean (except the 3rd floor). Dust was evident...

"It’s not top of the line but it’s no where near bottom either. Was there for a quick weekend and would return for another stay. Friendly staff, we had no issues with our room. Could use a little updating but doesn’t make the stay any worse. "

"A comfortable historical hotel, enjoyed the bar area, cocktails were good , would not recommend dining at the hotel. On Expedia it says it has parking and in and out privileges but this is not true, once you park you cant leave unless paying again (62$) . Had a paranormal experience in room 917 so don't be surprised if you see ghosts at night "
