"Overall it is a great hotel, and we enjoyed our trip. Most of staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. My biggest issue was with the house keeping. The housekeeper was quite rude and she did not fix our room several times although we never had a do not disturb sign or anything. We had our room like always, nice and organized, but a part of the service is to at list take our trash out, fix our bed and change our towels as needed. It was quite disappointing. I know that matter was escalated,...
