"FCS Championship weekend with several 60-yr old college friends. The house was 10 minutes away from Toyota Stadium, 45 minutes to AT&T Stadium, and 40 minutes to DFW. Great location. We had plenty of room for seven of us. Perfect setup for bloody mary brunches and for hanging out evenings after a couple days of football."

"SUGAR ANTS IN MASTER BATHROOM, ALONG WITH SMALL ROACHES IN RESTROOM "

"House was perfect for our family group of 11. We had 4 vehicles and had plenty of room to park. The 5 bedrooms fit us perfectly for our 3 night stay. The location is easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, and close to many locations we went to. The pool and hot tub were bonuses as well! "

"Nice and spacious accommodation. Secluded for a good gathering. Just to list a couple of shortcomings that can make this to be excellent are, 1. if one of the garage's is converted into a game room with pingpong table etc. as there is huge parking space. 2. Audio system can be improved."

"The stay was excellent. The place had everything we needed however the 4 star rating for cleanliness was based on a situation we had on our last involving locating a mouse under the bed. YIKES!!!! Other than that, we had a great stay at this beautiful Hobbit House."
