Very impressive and well kept property in a quiet gated community. We did not have a car, so organizing transportation was challenging, but the grocery store is only a 20 minute walk away (for those who enjoy walking). I did not rate it 5 stars because it was difficult to communicate with the property managers in advance. They finally contacted me the day before check in, and it was not obvious that I needed to pay a balance and deposit in cash US dollars upon arrival (most places accept credit card). We worked it out, but it did add a layer of unnecessary stress - they could have simply sent a message with the balance and instructions after booking so that travellers could be better prepared.

We had a fabulous time at the resorts. We had a very chill welcome drink during our check-in. The room was clean, and the bed was made & decorated every day. All the restaurants were fabulous, and the sugar cane restaurant chef went above our expectations. My favourite is buffet (breakfast and Lunch) food was so delicious and lot of varieties. Privilega restaurant is the best, and the staff were excellent. The pool bar and the Lazy river bar were exceptional. By the way, after the 3rd day of our stay resort's GM came to us to ask us how our stay is so far. Our restaurant's book was done on time perfectly. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and enjoyed their work. This is a lovely property and a fabulous resort. I would highly recommend it to anyone. .
