"Front desk was so helpful. They had an available room and checked us in hours early. Great coffee available in the lobby (espresso machine with latte, americano, etc. decaff and regular.) and a fresh and sparkling water tap next to it. Central location between Rittenhouse Square and City Hall. Great shopping and bars nearby. The room was small but inexpensive. Well worthwhile"

"Great location, walkable to everywhere. Room is spacious and clean. Only negative thing was service. Called to request extra blanket, called back an hour later to check if someone was on the way. It was 11pm and i was waiting for it. Was told half an hour. I woke up at 3am and still no one came. By then I gave up and just slept without a blanket."

"I was so happy to stay at such an elegant Philadelphia hotel and we had a wonderful dinner at the Grill. Luis was such an attentive and thoughtful waiter. We also enjoyed talking to the couple at the next table -- Doug and Karen who are regulars and very entertaining and thoughtful!"
