Very echoy and hard to hear tv and eachother, maybe something on walls for sound .Nice patio facing pond, more furniture to use out there and or lawn furniture to use for family. Wouldbe nice. Very friendly people managing this rental and community."

"View is the best of Neuse River, the marsh and the marina. Deck is a great place to see everything - it's a wraparound and has two areas for seating as well as an eating area. Have been to New Bern many times and there is always much to do including the beach at Fort Macon at Atlantic Beach, Swansboro and much more. New Bern has many good restaurants. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay. "

"The house is very clean and awesome and very well stocked! I loved the large open-floor plan and the two patios (one screened and one open) right on the waterfront! We spent 10 nights there and hated to leave! The owners are awesome and very easy to work with! I'd recommend this cozy cottage to all my friends who are traveling to New Bern! The sunsets and beautiful and the view is absolutely amazing!"
