"I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. Two days before we were to arrive, I reviewed the entire listing, and opened up the small "see more" at the bottom of the listing, only to find that the bed listing there was totally different for 2 of the 4 bedrooms. "The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time. "My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town.
