"When I first arrived at the facility, I was tired after my flight, and I was given a room that someone was already in. On Saturday I needed the room cleaned at 8 am, I spoke with the front desk, and they stated they would have it cleaned. When I returned to the room they had not been cleaned yet. I went back up to the front desk and the head of housekeeping had an attitude and was rude."

"This hotel was nice and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming. My least favorite thing was having to pay for parking at the parking garage across the street since they don’t have a parking lot connected to the hotel. The parking lot was not far, I would definitely stay at this location again."
