"Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room. "

"We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. Quiet Neighborhood, Very clean inside, Nice and Modern. Only issue we had was short on linens but for 3 nights that was fine as well and not a big deal. "I reserved this VRBO so our team would not have to fight Atlanta traffic in order to reach Georgia Tech for business. It worked out perfectly. Our group changed from 5 women to 3 women and 1 couple, but the accommodations continued to work well. I appreciate the hostess and her communication with me as we made our plans. I highly recommend this VBRO. The neighborhood is older but no problems at all."

"This was an amazing location to downtown Atlanta and all the attractions we wanted to visit during our stay. Not to mention Samantha was a great host with excellent communication. The property was very safe, neat, and secure. It was a family vacation and I felt very comfortable with my family being in the neighborhood as well. Highly recommended!"

"The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. "

"The home is lovely when you walk in the door. It is small with an unusual layout but the owners made very good use of the space. Bedrooms are comfy. Nice den to watch tv, good kitchen, love the chill room full of pillows where you can just relax. There's also a deck out back. The outdoor furniture needed a good cleaning, but we were there really early in the spring so they probably hadn't gotten around ot cleaning yet. Driveway is extremely narrow and in rough shape. Not the best...

"Excellent experience. House was immaculately clean on check in, better than any other short term rental I’ve seen. Also it was amazing to have 5 bedrooms, each with king beds and private baths. Check in was smooth. No issues. Only note for future guests- the patterned floors were a bit difficult to adjust to. The first day everyone had to watch the floor as they walked because the dark spots would make you feel like you were stepping in a hole. Other than that, please was great."

Sonesta Select Atlanta Midtown Georgia Tech

"We loved our stay with the Sonesta. It was 3 minutes from our Granddaughter’s apartment at Georgia Tech, and we were in the area visiting her. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property clean, and safe. The only negative I would say is it is next to the interstate highway and the traffic is loud and can be heard in the room into the morning hours. It did wake us up quite a bit the first night but by the 2nd night we did not hear it so much. But we loved it was so close to Georgia Tech and would probably stay again for that reason. It was easy on and off the interstate and traveling around the campus from that location was a breeze! "
