"The carpets are old but clean. The rooms are big and comfortable. I had a suite, the living room was spacious and the furniture although dated were clean and comfortable. The bedroom was very roomy. My room included a balcony which was small but an added bonus to the room. The location was great! Lots of restaurants that were walkable and there were outlets across the street. There is also a bike/walking trail across the street that follows the American river. "

"Wife and I stayed here for a 2 night staycation. We stayed in a king bed studio upstairs. The room was good size with a kitchen area and an area with a sofa and work desk. There was also a little kitchen table and a wood burning fireplace inside the room. We considered lots of other properties in the area but this one had the best price and best reviews. We took a 20 minute walk to Chevys on the River and enjoyed a great lunch on their patio. There is also a Starbucks and a few spots to eat within a 2-3 minute walk of this hotel. Our only complaint was the bed. Was a little stiff for us. "
