"An excellent trip from start to finish! The apartment is really well located and has everything to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. Communication with the owner is 5* and I’m sure if you had any issues (which we did not) they would be resolved immediately. "The checkin could have been a little more helpful (manager didn’t speak English). But a great location and beautiful surroundings."

"The apartment is very well located for skiing and walking however, on the Verbo website, it lists two double rooms but actually there is only one. The other two are bunk rooms which was awkward with two couples. The Wi-Fi is quite weak and the non-stick pans need replacing. But the chalet is warm, comfortable and welcoming and the owner very responsive. Easy to access with good parking (except our bay was full of snow) so we parked in a visitor space of which there are several."

"Mme Fabre was most accomodating and met us to show our family around the apartment. The location was great for the bus and village and the appartment was as described. We would love to stay again!"

"This place made our vacation one of the best! Very clean and have more than you can ask for. No wifi, but you can get the next door shop free wifi from 8am to 8pm. Everything is within walking distance or you can use the free ski shuttle. Claudia is very helpful. She went above and beyond and called us to make sure we get into the apartment. Sent me videos on how to open the balcony doors… so many surprises in the apartment that will make your stay even better. Highly recommended. Thanks...

"Appartement très spacieux, decoration un peu désuète mais lits très confortable, proche du centre. Depart ski aux pieds, retour 100 metre ou il faut porter les skis. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille !"

Un seul regret: le lave- vaisselle qui nettoyait très mal, voire pas du tout, et dont le panier supérieur était cassé. Nous aurions également apprécié une théière… Nous n’hésiterons cependant pas à revenir."

"What a wonderful stay!! I was pleasantly surprised. I will say the comments from everyone were correct and helped with me to choose this property. It was my first trip to Vevey so i was very skeptical. I am a Hilton/Marriott member and was scared to death. Now I will NOT stay anywhere else but at Astra. the location is PERFECT especially if you will ride the train. The rooms will be beyond clean!! I am a germ-phob and I couldn't find anything to complain about LOL. Great stay if you are from the U.S. and looking for the comforts of home this is the place. Same as a Hilton. I did upgrade my room to a bigger room but that was just because i knew ahead of time that overseas rooms tend to run on the smaller side. Book it you wont be upset."

Excellent stay at Mona Hotel

"We loved our stay at Hotel Mona. I highly recommend to book a room with Lakeview, amazing view of lake Geneva. Our room was spacious, it had an included mini bar at no extra charge, chocolates and wine. Breakfast buffet was very good and has plenty of options, including omelette station. There's always coffee, tea, water and juice at the lobby free of charge and in the evening they bring out a Pop corn machine and candy. It also has a Jacuzzi, outdoor seating by the lake. There's laundry facilities free of charge, just ask at the reception for the key, the laundry room also has the ice maker machine and a microwave. The hotel's location couldn't be better, 5 minutes from the train station, 1 minute to the tram stop, the Freddy Mercury statue is less than 10 minutes walk by the lake, and shopping and restaurants close by. Customer service was excellent; we hope to come back to Mona Hotel."
