"The staff was friendly and nice, it was a nice hotel with an amazing view, the Hot Tub was Awesome but lots of issues with our room. Not cleaned well, had to get them to come clean and change stuff several times, a leaking toilet, one of the Thermostats was not working, Fridge was way too small, dishes were not clean, Soap dispensers didn't work properly. They were very quick to come correct some of the issues. Not much for parking around the hotel, we parked on the street and someone spit on...

"Stayed for 2 weeks whilst skiing in Banff. Overall hotel was good the only things to mention are 1. We weren’t convinced room was fully cleaned every day eg carpet not vacuumed 2. The ski lockers are warm and dry however the combination lock takes a bit of getting used to 3. No where by ski lockers to sit down and put boots on. 4 in room heating blower system is noisy and difficult to sleep when it’s on "
