"From the moment of check in to check out, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed in a "cabin" room, without windows. We liked the feature of complete darkness while staying in a city, as we live in a rural area and are used to quiet and darkness at night. The only thing that we did not enjoy, our room was next to the main electrical room. It seemed there were staff entering and exiting this room through all hours of the evening, which kept waking us up. (The staff wasn't loud, however the constant closing of the door was annoying,) Overall, I give this property an excellent rating!"

"We loved staying here. For a hotel thats “tip included” you might think hospitality and service could suffer. Not the case here. We experienced the best service we’ve had in a long time. From the doormen, to the bartenders, house cleaning and front desk. Over the top was the service we received Saturday night from Little Dana when he came to our room to fix our TV. He was the best, went out of his way to make sure everything was working and helped us log into Netflix "

"This hotel was in a great location. The town had many shopping and dining locations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again when visiting the Boston area. The parking garage was less than a 10 minute walk and the property does offer a loading station to temporarily park your car so you aren’t hauling all your luggage. "
