"We were very impressed with the service and the attitude of the employees at Manzara Restaurant, where we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Both experiences were excellent. However, we did encounter an issue with a blocked shower pan, which caused water to overflow out of the washroom. Although we contacted the help desk, and they resolved the issue promptly and thoroughly, I expected more than just an apology as compensation. We were very tired and unable to use our room for nearly an hour...

"The property is clean and tidy. There are not many dinning option near the hotel, although a 15 minute walk takes you to the centre where there are more option, be prepared to walk up steep hills. We did this mostly during the day, so not sure how safe it would be during the night as you need to walk through residential flats and locals shopping areas."
