"The staff was friendly and very helpful. This hotel is a little older, needs a little updating paint and furniture. Could be a little cleaner, and there were four to five insects in my room. Oh and part of my shower door was missing."

"The GLK is a nice facility, and the staff is wonderful, from the desk agents to the cleaning staff. It is a narrow and tall building, and the stairs are really steep, so you will probably take the lift. The breakfast buffet is very good, and includes a samovar with genuine Turkish Rize tea.
