"I booked two nights in this hotel. Rooms look ok but smoking is aloud in the rooms. Heavy smell of smoke sinked on curtains,bed fabric etc, which is a torcher for a non smoker..  I couldn't stay or sleep in the room, they offered to clean the room next morning but room needs more than cleaning for smell to go away.. It is not aloud to smoke indoors in Turkey  which is ironic. I left following morning and didn't get a refund for the second day to a non smoking hotel. "

"As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say that this hotel was the best I've ever stayed in. While I won't go on about the location since it's evident from the map, it was the service that truly stood out during our entire trip. We needed a place to stay between flights and randomly chose this hotel based on its location. However, our first flight was significantly delayed, and we arrived in Istanbul at 1 am. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel had contacted us via the booking...

"Someone came into our room and installed a lamp shade when we were not there 💀 who knows what else... We had the do not disturb hanging when we went out. And dont appreciate someone coming in, especially when we are not there and all our stuff is in the room. No elevator in the property, but thats expected in these buildings. Everything else was fine."
