"The Cresent Hotel was beautiful! My teen grandchildren and myself stayed two nights and had a great time. We went on the ghost tours and also did an investigation while we were there. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Eureka Springs has always been a favorite of mine and now it is a favorite of my grandkids. We hope to come back soon. "

"The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom had a few cracked tiles that would snag your foot if you were barefoot but the room was clean and comfortable. "

"Comfy beds are important and they had them. I have stayed in many places where beds hurt me and I slept miserable. Would stay here on any visit. Building is older.... but things were clean. There was a dispensary in the lot. I didn't know that when I booked room. Maybe the same owners? Wasn't expecting that when we pulled in. It was a no smoking property. We ate breakfast elsewhere. There was packaged breakfast things offered to guests. Quiet. Safe. Easy parking. "

"This place is GREAT. CLEAN. Good hot, powerful shower. New/remodeled rooms with fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, ALL the amenities of the fancy high-price hotels at an AFFORDABLE price. But, I really don’t care about all that, it’s Shane, Lu and their hardworking and accommodating family that make this my only place to stay in Eureka Springs. Unassuming on the outside, FANTASTIC on the inside. Thanks Shane and Lu. You’re THE BEST."

"Property is much quieter than others in the area despite being very near a trolley stop and other B&B’s. It has the cleanest and nicest rooms of the several other places I have stayed in Eureka. The breakfast is excellent with large portions and a balance of sweet and savory. And the owners are very friendly and efficient. Saw several returning customers at breakfast. Great trip and will certainly be back!"
