comfortable but not properly maintained or ready for guests.
It was comfortable and convenient , but the signs of unabated black mold or mildew were everywhere. on the stove, refrigerator, bedroom walls and bathroom walls, and inside bathroom cabinets. Bathroom linen were neatly folded and in nice baskets but the exposed surfaces of the towels were visably dusty and all the bath linens had to be washed before use. a glass contained of cotton swabs was badly contaminated and had to be thrown out. the Chain lights on porch were not functioning. all the coffee supplies except coffee itself were at least four moths out of date , and the cream cups were curtled. We made it a pleasant place for the most part butit took several hours and supplies that a guest should not be expected to provide. In short, the property was not ready for guests and had not been tended to in quite some time. Too bad really , could have been very nice. neighborhood is agri/industrial, not scenic. but safe and quiet.
