"The lights at the head of the bed were not operative. Looked under the bed stand and found the wall plug was pushed into the wall and not even mounted, which made pushing the light cord back into the socket difficult. While performing this task, 2 cockroaches came running out from under the bed. Had to make sure all of my luggage was sealed so I didn't leave with any extra passengers."

"They never got my payment from hotels.com then tried to make me pay again with them at the front desk . Had hotes call them to confirm but ended up getting a refund and then. I have to pack up call for a ride book anther hotel check in and unpack again and it was 11 o’clock at night . "
