Adventure awaits! This is a Historic, charming 1920 cabin (900 sq ft) relocated from RMNP. It has been completely remodeled and finished out in a cozy mountain feel. The cabin is located in one of the best areas of town. It is conveniently located just 2 miles to downtown Estes Park, and 1 mile to the Beaver Meadows National Park Entrance. It is close to some of the most popular restaurants in Estes, and has a small grocery store just a minute away. You can go into town if you want to, or can avoid the downtown traffic with everything you need just minutes away.

This cabin was originally located in the Rocky Mountain National Park, and was relocated to our property at some point in time. It has new cabinets, granite counter top, stove, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. It has 2 queen size beds. One is a sleep number and one is a memory foam mattress. It has a gas fireplace inside and gas fire pit outside. The cabin is conveniently located 2 miles to downtown Estes Park, and a mile to the Beaver Meadows National Park Entrance.

No Pets, No Smoking inside, No ATVs, No Motorcycles, No early check-in or late check-out to allow housekeeping to prepare for next guests.

2020 was an exceptionally difficult year for our vacation rentals. We've been through a pandemic where we were shut down and lost about 4 months of revenue and in the fall we dealt with unprecedented wildfires where the entire town of Estes was evacuated for 12 days.
PLEASE PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE!!
This protects the traveler and the owner in natural disaster situations that include, but are not limited to pandemics, Covid shutdowns, wildfires, floods, blizzards, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tsunamis, wind, rain, sleet, snow also car accidents, death or death of a family member, illness, asteroids, alien invasions, zombie attacks, war, terrorists attacks, riots or any other act of God. If you decide not to purchase trip insurance then I assume it is not an issue when you do not receive a refund or rebooking.

Great Location and property!
Cabin is located just outside downtown Estes Park and only a couple minutes from Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. Had all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. Really enjoyed the cabin and town!

We loved everything about it. You get exactly what you're expecting. The owner is beyond fantastic in her communication both in promptness and demeanor. The views are fantastic. Starting off the day with a view of the range and being able to grill out looking at a different part of the ranger were wonderful. Being close to everything in town but also insulated from the traffic was great. Leaving was the only thing we didn't like about it. It has AC but we were there in mid July and with the fans running and a window cracked, there really wasn't a need for it. This is a wonderful get for the price.

Wonderful, convenient respite
My husband and I met our college student at the cabin for a long weekend of hiking, exploring RMNP, and recuperating from hiking and exploring RMNP! The cabin's location was incredibly convenient, and it was exactly as advertised. The convenience meant it was pretty close to the road, but that didn't keep us from enjoying a variety of wildlife from the deck (elk, deer, chipmunks, etc). The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever experienced at a rental house, and everything else in the cabin was first rate. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!!

Hostess Jozell is the BEST and could not have been nicer. She was wonderful I was very pleased with the overall experience and will be going back to say an additional two nights 6&7. There’s no better place to stay for a trip to RMNP. The location is ideal, just minutes to the park entrance and minutes to town. We loved the spacious kitchen and living area, and the bed was very comfortable. We are already a repeat customer, and we plan to keep coming back in the future! Best value you can get.

Our stay at Jozelle’s cabin was perfect. We are a family of 4 and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Cabin is walking distance to coffee shops, cafes, and grocery stores but still feels private. Only 5 min drive to Beaver Meadows entry to RMNP. Woke up to Turkeys and mule deer in yard each day. Cabin kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you’d like to do. The place also has a Washer Dryer which came in handy. Definitely would stay here again. 4/4 stars!

Cute, comfy and clean in a perfect location - close to RMNP and some of Estes Park’s best restaurants. A bull elk and his harem hung out in the yard. Everything was just right.

Great location for exploring rmnp & estes
Very nice cabin with great kitchen, family room, bedrooms and extra nice reading room. Counter space, view from reading room, fireplace and outside deck were extra nice features. The sleep number bed needs to be fixed or replaced as it would not work for 2 people right now (may have just happened?). We had one adult use it and it worked for her to use one side of the bed. It was so easy to get to RMNP from the cabin!
