Von einer Suites zu diesem Preis sollte man eine saubere Unterkunft erwarten. Leider ist dem nicht so! Schimmel und Dreck im Bad, sowie defekter Toilettenpapierhalter, Bohrlöcher im Schlafzimmer unter dem TV Gerät, Flecken auf dem Teppich und sehr viele Verunreinigungen/Abnutzungen an den Wänden, sowie Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkon. Leider sehr abgewohnter Gesamtzustand und nicht zu empfehlen. Da unser Zeitplan sehr knapp war konnte ich nicht am Tag der Anreise reklamieren... und es war auch nur für eine Nacht... damit konnten wir jetzt Leben, aber es ist schon sehr ärgerlich. Bei Abreise habe ich die beschriebenen Dinge reklamiert und es wurde sich entschuldigt und darauf hingewiesen, dass die Suiten im Februar 2020 renoviert werden. Naja...was soll ich dazu sagen. Auf eine schriftliche Reklamation an die Hotelmanagerin wurde bis heute nicht reagiert.

Gutes Appartment. Leider nicht eindeutig an das Holiday Inn gekoppelt. Keinen eigenen Eingang. (= Suche nach der Eingangstür !!!) Zum Zimmer dann außen um das Gebäude herum, in den richtigen Fahrstuhl, mit Laubengang zum richtigen Zimmer. Bei Regen = sehr "empfehlenswert" !!!

The dryer machine (Bosch) didn’t work properly, every ca. 10 minutes it starts showing a symbol on the display and after that it stops and reset the program timer and so on. I have Contacted the reception twice never got a feedback until I left. The rest was very good.

Die Appartments sind in die Jahre gekommen
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Innenstadt. Bus und U-Bahn direkt fast vor dem Hotel.Die Appartments bedürfen unbedingt einer Generalüberholung,Fenster wurden z.B schon ewig nicht mehr gesäubert , der Balkon ist ebenfalls nicht sehr einladend.

Gute Lage, Dusche ist eine Zumutung
Wohnung ist für den Preis ok, aber der Schimmel in der Dusche ist ekelhaft (und wird seit Jahren bemängelt). Die Tür zum Treppenhaus (direkt neben unserem Schlafzimmer) knallt immer laut zu. Lage ist gut, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel vorhanden. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Ein wenig Renovierung (verschimmelte Dusche, fleckigerTeppich, verrosteter Herd) täte dem Appartement sehr gut.
