Eiskalt, Ameisenplage im Bad und Küche, Betten mussten selber bezogen werden, Stromfresser als Heizung, in 4 Schlafräumen nur eine einzige Nachttischlampe, die Lichtquellen sehr sparsam ausgestattet, die Spülmaschine fies und usselig im Siebbereich, der Frühjahrsputz hatte irgendwie noch nicht stattgefunden, fast alle Steckdosen sind lose.
