Great Breakfast
Would have liked a telephone in the room. Would have liked wash cloths. Tremendous breakfast. Bed comfort was average. Location was hard to find. Front desk was very helpful.

Good Non expensive Business Hotel
Its clean, they have a good sauna and pool where you can relax after a very demanding day at work....also their buffet dinner is good (when considering the price). Of course its not a top restaurant, but its good enough. The receptionists and staff are really helpful and nice. whenever I asked them to help or fix something for me.

The hotel is basic and simple. The staff at reception were functional therefore I would say that they would not be the friendliest. Room was clean and spacious. Corridors and elevator had a smell of oil and looked a bit run down. Overall the hotel was ideally located for my meeting.

Very helpful receptionists, room not too clean
We have only spent one night there, room was a little outdated but it was ok for the price. It was quiet, we had a balcony and a nice view. The only thing that was not nice was that there were pieces of dust flying around the bathroom. They should focus more on cleaning.

Restaurant closed early, Rude staff, non-smoking?
My sister and I intended to have a meal after swimming and before bed but were upset to find that the kitchen had closed a good 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled closing time. The woman at the counter was very unfriendly when she informed us of the closure. The previous night, we had enjoyed a nice burger meal (their regular menu seemed to have been discontinued...) with a glass of beer. We were asked for ID, which we produced. About 10 minutes into our meal another woman came up and asked to see our IDs. It was all very strange... Additionally, my sister and I were very upset about the presence of smoke on the supposed non-smoking premises. The staff took smoke breaks on a balcony to door to which had a no smoking sign on it. Were they only smoking tobacco? There was a funny smell on the way to the lobby... Also, soap scum on the carpet in our room and burn marks in the sink in the bathroom. Overall, an unpleasant stay.

Well recommended for the business traveller.
A quiet and well apportioned hotel a short walk from the centre of Espoo and the railway station and shopping centre. Large rooms with small balcony, large bathroom and decent sized desk to work at. No tea/coffee making facilities, but free wireless internet. The pool was surprisingly large if a little cool and adjacent to clean and bright sauna facilities. The restaurant menu is reasonably small but adequate, and the portions are very generous representing good value for money. Good for a business stopover.

The saunas and the swimming pool are a real add which not many hotels can offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As they were not many guest at the time we were there, we wonder how the hotel can survive. For us it was like a little paradise.

Great hotel - far location
No complaints at all about the hotel itself. It’s the location – not so great. Breakfast was amazing. We went April 9 (Easter Monday), no word of a lie we did not see any other guests at the hotel. Almost everything was closed. The hotel staff put out a WONDERFUL breakfast buffet for just the two of us early at like 4.30am when breakfast started at 9. Highly recommended …. Just keep in mind the location is Espoo. It’s easy to find via train though.

Do not go there
This hotel is like aged people's house. The room that they gave me first was not clean and was smelly, had a toilet bath of disabled people, I complained and was given another room, still it was not very good. There was shower door missing and as soon as you turned the shower, it would overfill and it seemed as if I was bathing in the puddle. Please find another hotel if you can. I also ate at the restaurant, no grettings, no smile and did not even bother to ask if food was good or not, probably they already knew it. Our budget hotels in UK are much better than this.
