"Kind of a rundown area"

"A perfect location! If you want to be in the center of town with a plethora of shops, restaurants and sites, this is the place to be at a very affordable price! We were pleasantly pleased with our experience and the accommodations made our stay even better. The staff were so attentive, helpful and kind. We were able to leave our luggage and go to breakfast before catching our flight and the process was easy. We’ll definitely be back and book another stay! "

"Clean, modern apartments behind a historic facade in the st michel university district in short walking distance of main street with all amenities you need and tram stops. Apartments have outlook onto lovely quiet planted courtyards. Staff were very helpful and the complex seemed to have all the amenities you would need should you want to use them. The area was very vibrant being close to the university with lots of small bars, places to eat and cool shops nearby. Close to historic clock tower which you could see from the apartments. It was very easy to get around Bordeaux from there being close to tram stops."

"Stay another night, so had a 3 night stay. The location is very, very convenient. It's close to the train station and there's a tram just outside of the hotel that can take you to the centre of the city. The staff are friendly and so helpful. It's a hip hotel but not too trendy. It's comfortable and the breakfasts are amazing. Thank you for a great stay. "

"We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely holiday. The room was well equipped and the bed comfortable - special mention for the shower which was enjoyably powerful. The location was perfect in that it was close to the river but not in the busy area of the city. Additionally, the excellent tram service stopped right outside the hotel. Reception staff were all polite and helpful."
