I got in the room there was no closer or iron or hair dryer, they wanted a 100 deposit, I was not aware or maybe I didn't see that when booking but it had a creepy hall to my room and it smelled like bleach and urine. I checked out a few hours later. 250.90 down the drain

Adequate Lodging Except for Cockroach Encounter
I had a good night's sleep and a nice shower which are the most important things for me. The negatives were the dated condition of the facility and I encountered a baby cockroach when I first entered the room which I promptly dispatched. No other bugs were noticed during my stay.

After a long trip, it was very disappointing to get into a room with a dirty toilet. Literally, I was able to see the butt crack painted in the rim of the toilet and poop splash inside. I was lucky to find the cleaning lady right outside to help us clean, who mentioned that employees have to go into the room's toilets because they do not have a special one for them. This is definitely not good.

Our room was not ready at check-in time. The desk clerk did not review all the amenities or where the dog area was located. It is right near a busy intersection so it was noisy. The room was not well maintained - shabby. Our first morning there a woman broke a couple windows on the car next to ours with a sledge hammer. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.

Check-in staff was very friendly. Regrettably, this didn’t make up for a room with cigarette burns all over the bedspread, a hard mattress, hard pillows, no bedside lamps, dirty towels and an overall sense of uncleanliness. We won’t be staying again.

The room was missing some very basic things, like a shelf in the shower for soap, a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang your clothes on. There were no coat hangers in the room. I asked the front desk for an iron and ironing board, they didn't have one. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Nice yet temporarily under renovation
It was a nice place yet under renovation. The room itself was excellent yet the heat did not work and there was a “for California” cold front. The room 50 F at night Electric plugs are poorly laid out yet this is likely due to renovations. In a month this will be a great place so I consider this a temporary issue. That said parking and cleanliness was perfect .

I checked in with my service dog. The guy at the desk demanded paperwork on the dog, which is illegal. He told me if i did not pay a fee he would cancel my reservation and not refund my money. My vehicle has handicap plates. The desk staff are junks and don't know the law. Plus the room was very run down, peeling paint and no water pressure. What a mistake, staying.
