Cozy, clean cottage with room for 4-5 right on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located just five minutes outside of Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Kitchen closes at 9:00pm EST and restaurant closes at 10:00pm EST. One bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a queen sized futon in the living room. Smart TV, WiFi, washer, dryer, plenty of outdoor seating and a stocked kitchen.

Enjoyable trip, centrally located Norway MI (hiking and rafting Piers Gorge) and Marquette (hiking Sugar Loaf Mountain and the quaint downtown). Also enjoyed Ludington Park disc golf and the hit tub on premises. Excellent all around

A nice getaway with our dogs
My husband and I were looking for a nice getaway with our dogs. This property was like a dream come true. The house itself was fantastic. It was a cozy 1 bedroom nicely decorated and very clean. The deck was very relaxing. The best part for us was that it was on Lake Michigan. The view from the backyard was great. We had a nice private fenced in yard for our dogs, but outside of the fenced in area was extra special. Our dogs were in heaven, they loved the access to the lake and we had the whole afternoon for them to enjoy it. Jerry the owner was easy to communicate with. We already recommended this place to our friends and family and will be going back again ourselves. Thanks for the great stay!

Nicely stocked and good host
Nicely stocked house! We had a nice stay for 3 nights. It isn't a perfect house. 1) The water is STINKY! To the point you don't want to shower or even turn on the hot water. 2) The house is 25 yards off of a highway with LOTS of transport trucks going by. If you are a light sleeper just know this. We closed the bedroom door and that helped but didn't eliminate the road noise. 3) The bed is rock hard! I've never been on a bed this firm! I'm 6'1" and about 195 and I don't think my body even broke the surface of this mattress! I'm not even exaggerating. 4) I love hot tubs. This one is super clean! Most of the jets don't function though. That was a bummer! 5) The shower is tiny and the floor is spongy! It grossed out my girlfriend. Again, everything is so clean and we appreciate the stay. A few things and this could be a perfect place, at least for us.

Perfect Little Gem - I Want it to Stay a Secret! ;)
This was the absolute perfect, private little cottage for me & my pup. I was worried it’d be noisy or feel busy being so close to the restaurant but if blindfolded, I would’ve never known it was there! Also loved that we felt we had the beach to ourselves too, with the restaurant set so far from it. Jerry has done a great job of setting up the accommodations to make the backyard feel super private too. Selfishly hoping it’s perfection stays a secret so I can always come back! 😁

Exactly as advertised.
Jerry went above and beyond to help with our vehicle issue. His Breezy Point Bar and Grill had excellent food and his staff were very friendly. With serious vehicle issue we were limited to using the facilities available but it was great walking our dog to the lake, playing corn hole and using the hot tub and eating at the restaurant. Would definitely do it again without the car issues.

Lovely place to stay with Family
Our family had the best time celebrating our daughter’s birthday at Jerry’s place. What a view! It was a perfect stay. We had some delicious pizza and cheese curds from Breezy Point Bar next door. Best part was listening to music and relaxing in hot tub. My ten year old son cried happy tears, my daughter squealed with excitement when we arrived thanking me over and over for her birthday trip.

Exactly what I needed
Just needed a place to relax. The hot tub was spot on and the privacy was perfect. Prefect place to bring your dog along. Fenced in area for them to roam while you soak in the hot tub.
