This hillside King Escape offers a spacious master suite, rain‑shower bath, King bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. Step onto your private deck for mountain vistas, star‑lit skies, fire‑pit magic, and BBQ enjoyment. Minutes from Grand Staircase‑Escalante National Monument and local hikes. The Space: Tiny lux living! While Wild Rose at Escalante Escapes is our smallest model, it actually features our largest master bedroom and largest bath. It's so full of features, you won't want to leave. That large master bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen TV, place to hang clothes, storage shelves as well as storage space under the bed for luggage, a long attached table that can be used as a workspace or place to get ready for the day, and and a thermostat for individual climate control. The bathroom includes a large glass shower with rain shower head, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. The kitchen and living room feature an open floor plan with a sliding glass door that opens to the deck, where you can sit and take in the incredible views. The living room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, two lounging chairs, a hand-crafted coffee table with extra bedding storage, and large Smart TV. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen essentials, beautiful stainless steel appliances, a convection microwave oven for cooking and baking, a stovetop, a large refrigerator, a Keurig coffee machine, granite countertops, farmhouse sink, dishwasher and a table/prep island with seating for four. Deck and exterior features include a propane BBQ grill, four large Adirondack lounge chairs, private fire pit, astounding views and breathtaking star gazing. Each unit also has a small washer/dryer. Guest Access: You'll have full access to your tiny home. A code for the keypad will be sent prior to your stay. The Neighborhood: Escalante Escapes is new tiny home neighborhood located in Escalante, Utah, with 9 homes. You'll be within walking distance of dining, shopping, etc., in this small town. You'll have easy access to both scenic drives and hikes. Getting Around: Just 10 minutes from the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Cedar City, UT airport is 2.5 hours away; Salt Lake City, UT airport is 5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 5 hours away. Other Things to Note: Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. The hose that is connected to the unit is only to be used when necessary for small things such as washing off hiking boots or hosing down a mountain bike. Please do not use the hose to spray off your vehicle. As of today (August 1st 2026), the USDA Forest Service have restricted all outside fires until further notice, which means no fires in the designated fire pits. It's much roomier than expected and stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. So much better than a hotel room. The mattress was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting Bryce, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands and many other attractions nearby. We loved the firepit. Bought extra wood at the nearby grocery store.
