I got sick and was assisted by Eric that facilited getting medical help, Jeferson was really nice to help me with diner requests and Valdir at the bar has great drinks recommendation. Overall a very pleasant stay as always , this is my 3rd time back. Looking forward to more. "

"We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it."
