### Cosy & quiet apartment w/great transport links

This cosy Altbau-apartment is in a well-connected location in Erfurt. There is free parking in the street and tram/bus stops are within walking distance.   
  
The flat has two bright bedrooms, a large living room with flat screen TV and a modern kitchen with dining area. The high ceilings, the great old building charm and the homely furnishing style make the flat a highlight in Erfurt.  
  
From the flat, tram and bus stops (Salinenstraße) as well as train stops (Nordbahnhof) are only a few minutes' walk away. There is a large Rewe supermarket and a McFit gym, both within walking distance.  
  
Ilversgehofen is Erfurt's artists' neighborhood and only a stone's throw from the city centre. There are many students here who spend their time in trendy bars and pubs. Magdeburger Allee is the main street of the neighborhood, where you can find all kinds of shops.
