Farmhouse Bungalow on Working Farm

Mullinahinch is a fully modernized traditional farm bungalow situated on a working farm and is in the heart of springrove forestry. On your doorstep you have amazing walks in the forest and countryside, Lough Inver is a short walk away and the river Finn is close by. Mullinahinch is situated 1 mile from the village of Roslea in Co. Fermanagh. It is the perfect base for a getaway from it all or if you want to explore local sites or further afield. It is truly the gateway to Ireland.
The space

The bungalow has 3 bedrooms, each with a TV. 1 room has a king size bed, one a double bed and one 2 single beds, ideal for families and friends alike. There is wifi throughout the house and garden area which allows you to stay connected and work from home if you so wish. There is a desk in one bedroom for this and there are also areas in the living room and another bedroom if so required. Why not work from here and take a lunch break to have a walk in the forest or take a tea break with the cows.

The living room offers a traditional real fuel stove, perfect on winter or autumn days after a long walk. The living room also has a dining area for that perfect meal.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering accommodation stay to allow you to eat, drink and be merry.

Other things to note
Mullinahinch is situated 1 mile from the village of Roslea in Co. Fermanagh, 5 miles from Clones, 9 Miles from Monaghan and a little further to Lisnaskea and Enniskillen. It is situated on the border so you have the best of the north and south of Ireland. It is the perfect base for a getaway from it all or if you want to explore local sites or further afield. It is truly the gateway to Ireland.

The back of the house leads directly onto a seated decking area which captures the sun in the afternoon and has great views of the farm. For morning sun, there is an area to the side of the house.

The estate also has ample space to enjoy the outdoors, with a large seated area to the back of the house. The original farmhouse is still partially standing and has been converted in a large garden area with a number of areas to enjoy. This is a great space and adds to the ambiance of the place.

Step back into history around the estate and the house where you will find original items around the place, each with it’s own story. Some from the 1800s or 1900s such as the bed warmer or coal heated iron and some from more recent times such as a 1980s ghetto blaster. There is a horse drawn plough from the 1800s and a turnip masher from the 1900s. The paths leading up to the decking are reclaimed floors dug up from the foundations when renovating.
