"My 18 yr old son, 7 yr old dog & I went for 2 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday. The barn is very comfortable & cosy. Instructions to get there was spot on. It was very clean except for a couple of cobwebs with spiders in the corner of the main bedroom & lounge but this didn't bother me. Throws & towels provided for dogs, loved sitting outside with a cuppa in the mornings watching the sun come up. This accommodation was ideal for going out walking in the day & chilling in the evenings. "

"The property is set in wonderful grounds and is well furnished. We had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The fire in the lounge was a lovely focal point throughout the time we were there and we would love to return in summer when we could use the pool. "Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size."

"Absolutely stunning location. Don't have to drive any where to walk the dogs, so many walks just on the doorstep. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom has the best shower ever experienced. The back garden is very dog friendly, even our jack Russell puppy couldn't escape. Though our dog's presence kept setting off the owner's dog's ( they live adjacent to the property) so was a bit worried we were disturbing them when their dog's heard us walking around, which would get their dog's barking....
