This newly renovated condo is just steps from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve. This unit has two separate rooms for sleeping. The Master has a king-size bed with a newly renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a newly renovated bathroom. Comforters, sheets, pillows, and blankets are also provided for all beds. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen pull-out bed, and a sunroom. Everything you need for the most relaxing vacation - this is truly the best beachfront deal going!

Guests at Sunburst Condiminum have access to the docks that are first come first serve The private beach is perfect to sunbathe just steps away. As well as gas grills and coin laundry on-site. Walk to restaurants and shops. Whether you are staying on the Gulf Side or the Intracoastal Bayside, you will enjoy all the beauty and tranquility that Manasota Key has to offer! Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. Location good needs some TLC
Loved the location right by the beach. Be prepared for lots of stairs to the unit. No elevator. The place wasn’t that clean. Dirty dishes. The bed liner that’s in the pullout chair sofa was dirty. Had a bobby-pin on it and you could tell was used. The extra blankets were not washed and so with they need replaced. The towels were so thin and small that we went to Walmart to get our own. The porch with the view is outside the master room so if someone is in there it’s not usable. Location to beach was great but would not recommend or stay there again. .

Fabulous Location
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this lovely condo. The location was FABULOUS... this condo is only one of four that face the gulf... what a view!!!, the balcony is safe for little ones, there is a small room for a pac n play so that our one year old could sleep peacefully, all the beach gear one would possibly need is provided. There are a fair amount of pots and pans. Although, they could use a refresh. I can't say enough about the kindness of the residents. So very friendly and helpful. The pool is in a lovely setting and was very clean. My grandchildren loved it!! There were a couple of items that would improve one's stay. The cleaning could be more thorough. Some areas appeared to not have seen a sweeper or dust cloth for quite some time.The biggest improvement would be an investment in larger and more absorbent bath and kitchen towels, as well as the number of them. In my opinion, more luxurious towels seem to take the quality of a home up a notch or two. However, these few items aside, our stay was fantastic and none of us were ready to come home. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Quiet, amazing location
Very quiet part of town and basically had the beach to ourselves. The view from the condo/balcony was amazing. Walking distance from a couple restaurants and just steps from the beach. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Just bring coins if you plan to do laundry because quarters are hard to come by in this area. Would most definitely stay here again!

Great Location - Older Place which presented some issues...
Amazing beach front property with an awesome beach front balcony. Management company was helpful in a variety of ways. Couldn't have asked for a better balcony to watch the waves and sunsets!!! Bed comfortable, large TV's a plus, jack & jill bath helpful for two adults to be able to get ready at the same time. Now the negatives. Ant's crawling all over the kitchen counter around the window and sink area as well as the floor by the trash...can only imagine what under the counters looked liked. Used the on-site ant spray which killed on contact but had to buy some ant traps to put out for longer term effect. Double florescent bulb over the small sink burnt out. Hole punched in the wall next to the mirror in the same bath area. Sliding screen on back door so rusted out it won't open/close and while attempting to adjust it, it simply comes off in your hands. Sand in the shower from prior guest I'd guess. Paper towel holder had maybe 15 towels on it so we had to hit grocery store to buy more...couldn't find a replacement roll on any shelf or cabinet. Even with that all said, I'd consider renting this unit again...balcony and beach access the best!!!

Wonderful location!

Great location, close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Loved watching dolphins and manatees from the balcony. Might have been a bit better if the balcony wasn't in the master bedroom. The king bed was fairly comfortable. Used all amenities: grill, laundry, pool and Gulf-side fishing dock and all were good. Only negative was that the cable TV was difficult to use and the WiFi signal strength was weak to non-existent during our stay. Thanks.

The sliding doors stick. The vent in the master bedroom made crazy noise when the heat ran. The ceiling fans need to be cleaned. Otherwise we loved it!!!

Beautiful beach and amenities
Overall, the stay was just perfect. Could not have asked for better weather and the views, seashells and other guests were all so delightful. The kids especially loved the swimming pool and the turtle outside they affectionately named Mr. Chompie. There was plenty of beach toys and fishing gear available to entertain the crew too. The condo itself was very clean with great views out of several of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of storage space in the house. We had some issues with the internet connection not working great (maybe it was a sign to get outside and enjoy the view!). There were also a few keys items that we would have expected to have for an extended stay (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc.). Aside from that, everything was great and we look forward to returning!

Quiet, relaxing and worth it!
This was our second stay and just as awesome as the first several years ago.. Super relaxing and secluded. Condo is well decorated and equipped. It is close enough to everything you could need, while being far enough away that you feel like you're away! Sunsets are stunning and there is a great outdoor grilling area. Only one critique...the management company has recently changed which doesn't match the info on HomeAway causing a little confusion at the end of a long car ride. Otherwise, can't wait to go back!! Updating would give this condo what is missing
We enjoyed our stay because we were close to the beach and the weather was wonderful. Though next time we will stay somewhere else. The condo had a great view of the gulf but is in real need of updating. It has a lot of potential to be awesome and not feel like your at your great grandmothers old condo. Need some more towels if you sleep 6, could use some essentials like a pair of scissors for instance. We had to go buy beach chairs because though the closet had tons of things in it, most were not great for comfort or were rusted. The air conditioner struggled to cool the unit so much so that we called to have it looked at. It was repaired and did a bit better but we had to have all curtains drawn to help it. That really defeats having a room with a view. On a positive note, it was clean and we all slept well in the beds. Checking in and out was easy. We had assigned parking which helps. Overall, we were disappointed that we paid more for the view and got less in the condo than our stay last year in a non- beachfront unit. Lesson learned

Would not rent this property again
The only positive about the condo is the balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. However, you have to go through the master bedroom to get to it, so even that is not perfect. The condo is dark, dingy, and dated. The kitchen trash can was dirty, & the tub/shower drained way too slowly. The beds and sofa were uncomfortable. I did not expect luxury at this price point, but I was hoping for cute & comfy. My family was so disappointed with this property that we left a day early from our 3-day trip.

Perfect distance from the beach, quiet, roomy, and well furnished.
Went for our honeymoon. Had the perfect view of the beach from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed to cook, clean, relax, and enjoy our visit. We were able to pack lightly and get the most out of our trip. The beach was fantastically close and on the weekdays, the beach was not crowded at all. It's the perfect place for anybody that wants to escape from reality for a little while. The nearby restaurants were wonderful. The condo was in a very convenient spot for gasoline, food, groceries, and even for exploring western Florida. Will be recommending to people in the future.

You cannot beat the location, right on the beach and delightful pool by the bay.
Condo is somewhat dated, but space is nice and view is unbeatable. The people here are very friendly and gather for sunset and byo cocktails on the shared deck every night.

Almost like being at home....except for the great sunsets!
We spent several nights and now wish we'd reserved a whole week! The upstairs two bedroom/two bath unit was so comfortable and I can't remember needing even one item b/c the condo had it all (thanks to the Owners.) (If you stay more than a couple of days though, take some extra paper towels and toilet paper.) It was a tad bit outdated (think '70's), but very clean and the furnishings were nice. But what we really enjoyed every day was the deck across the back of the whole unit! It was not huge, but perfect for 2-4 people. We brought a beach umbrella, but quickly discovered that sitting out on the deck was just as good....no, much better!.....than sitting on a sandy beach. It was a good place to people watch too. :) We stayed out on the deck everyday until the hot sun forced us back inside between 1pm to 6pm, but then we were back out on it until around 11pm. It was so much fun taking pictures of the sunsets and posting on Instagram (made our friends jealous....lol). The natural landscaping around the condo plus Manasota Key and Englewood at large reminded us of the Old Florida (we're in our sixties) and we really appreciated seeing and feeling that type of environment. We found a great little seafood "market" and steamed "boat-run" (e.g. caught that day!) peel and eat shrimp one evening. All in all, it was such an enjoyable mini-vacay......and we hope to go back again next summer.

Sunsets and location are outstanding, the condo itself is average
This is the place to go for great sunsets, being right on the beach and the ability to walk to restaurants. As long as those are your priorities you'll be very satisfied. The condo itself is just average and could use some improvements. The bathrooms are tiny, the second bedroom beds are iffy/creaky, the couch is not very comfortable, the TV is small and not the best, the sliding doors on the master bedroom don't fit properly (we had big storms one night and the wind howled through the gap) and half the deck furniture is broken in some fashion. That all said it was clean and livable and worked for us as we wanted it for the location.

Great views
The view of the gulf was phenomenal! We saw dolphons, stingrays, and manatees. We had alot of rain so ocean was too rough for our little one so we enjoyed the pool alot. The condo was very well furnished(minus a pizza cutter) and clean. Loved the quite atmosphere and the not crowded beaches. Thanks for opening your condo to us. Hope to be back!
