"We enjoyed our stay at the property. The only issue we had is that the outlets available for us to use on the lamps did not work properly. 1 out of the 3 that were in the bedroom did not work when plugging in my phone charger. Other than that we no issues. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Hot tub and pool were cold, broken heater they could have borrowed heat from the showers almost burned myself. The food was mah tables were wobbly which caused me to spill my coffee everywhere leaves were blowing in the door had a end of days feel to it like the walking dead lol. The room was recently remodeled but strange choices like having the toilet be close to the shower vs centered in the room just awkward and difficult to adjust temperature of shower without being in it. "Great location if you have someone to visit in St. Joe's hospital which was my case. Midtown is a nice safe area for walking and exploring. Hotel is okay especially their daily breakfast spread, but like all Hampton's just the basics and nothing fancy. Negatives during my three night stay: thin walls so fairly noisy room, pool spa drained for repairs, really no housekeeping - the one time they came in my room they just left some fresh towels on the bathroom counter, only emptied one of two trash...
