"I rented one of the suites with a fireplace and jet tub but when I got to my room it had not been cleaned. The bed had not been changed and there were dirty dishes and garbage in several places. However the staff was very accommodating and moved me to a larger suite. The new suite had a full kitchen and a tv in the bedroom but I would’ve rather had the suite I originally chose"

I paid a tiny bit extra for a suite and was glad I did; a little extra spaciousness for a minimal fee. I've never stayed at a Sandman before, and I'd do so again without hesitation. Awesome stay!
