"Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable. "

"We came to town for a family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. It is set up almost like a duplex, so my family was able to stay downstairs and my sister's family was able to stay upstairs. Very clean and LOTS of towels if you need them! Management was very attentive. Highly recommend!"

"Had a wonderful visit. This house was just what we needed for our extended family while in Buffalo for a family wedding. We had seven adults and two young children staying for four nights. The house was well equipped, which was great as we like to have some meals in. The location was perfect, in close proximity to Elmwood Ave, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again. "

"Overall, the house “worked” for what the trip was for (Bills Game). Shower curtain was ripped and wasn’t the cleanest. Our problem was the host attempting to charge us a few hundred dollars for a broken shelf which was not done by us.
