"The Ritz-Carlton is an elegant property, offering a beautiful setting and all the amenities one expects from a luxury hotel. The rooms are nearly soundproof and the beds comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep...so important when traveling! The staff are professional and pleasant without exception. "Everything about this place is nice. Check was easy, communication with owner was always quick, condo was clean, views from balcony are some of the best. Stayed here a couple times and will continue to do so in the future. "

"Booked for the views so we could sit on the balcony after putting the baby to bed and it did not disappoint. Large condo with comfy furnishings. Bathroom is spacious. The Ritz was superb and the family pool was the best we’ve seen. The food was excellent at all the restaurants and the coffee shop was a bonus. A wonderful place for a family vacation. "

"Owner took our money and sent a confirmation. Thereafter we booked our flight to Miami. The owner then unilaterally canceled the reservation with no warning. The owner then directed us to make another reservation on a different booking site, not VRBO. We did so and got another confirmation. When we landed in Miami we found that the owner had unilaterally canceled the second reservation as well! We had to scramble to book a different room at a much higher cost. The VRBO owner did not...

"We had a fantastic experience in this suite at The Ritz Key Biscane! There were a few minor check in details that were not clear because staff at The Ritz were not fully informed. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful!! The owner response to questions was excellent and he was delightful to communicate with. The suite is fully stocked with everything the Ritz Provides plus all the comforts of home including extras pillows, blanets, washer/dryer and all needed items in the kitchen....
