Had to call Vacasa and get key to lock box and physical key. Even then, the door would not lock behind us. 2) Internet did not work until third day of stay. Again, this required phone time with Vacasa. 3) Hot water tap in second bedroom would not produce hot water. 4) Both tubs had unpleasant black mold on grout and caulk that might...

« Such a darling property. Suited our needs perfectly. Easy to get to and check in and out was painless. We didn’t need to contact the host, but if we would have I’m sure we would have wait we needed immediately, The place was immaculate and had everything anyone could possibly need or want. Definitely will stay again if we’re in the area. »

« My girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house! Lynn and her family (and dogs and cats) were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you forgot something on your trip, there is a really good chance Lynn has a replacement in her house (gf forgot a razor and Lynn brought one over). Excellent breakfast treats, bottled water, and snacks too! Highly recommended!!! Thanks!! »

« Not fancy, but nice enough. Appliances are old, but work. Parking was our only issue. Not sure where three cars can fit, as the ad says. 4-wheel drive vehicle is a must to get out the main entrance. We only had 2-wheel drive vehicles and had to go out the longer back way every time we left. Road gets plowed after snow, but no salt or dirt added, so still pretty slippery. It was too cold to use any of the outdoor amenities, but it was warm and cozy inside. »

« The property is just as photos represent. The Loft was clean, well stocked with supplies, & the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the peacefulness of the Doe River just steps away & enjoyed the firepit. We drove to Johnson City (approximately 20 minutes away) for a lovely dinner. The hosts were responsive quickly with communication. We would definitely stay at the Loft again! »
